This policy explains what E C Events & Entertainment Inc (“Event Specialists”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use event-specialists.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the proposal request form we collect the name, company, email, phone number, event details, and any message you enter. If you email or call us directly we keep that correspondence.

Information collected automatically

Our host and analytics record standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for payment card details, Social Security numbers, or government identification through this website. Contracted work is invoiced separately.

How we use it

• To respond to your proposal request and prepare a quote
• To communicate with you about an event we are working on together
• To keep records required for permitting, insurance, and tax purposes
• To maintain and improve the site

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use third parties to run parts of this business, and they process data on our behalf under contract. These currently include our website host, our email provider, and our customer relationship management platform, which receives proposal form submissions. Each is bound to use the data only to provide the service to us.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages from Event Specialists (E C Events & Entertainment Inc), we will use your mobile number to send messages related to your inquiry, booking, or event, and, for applicants, about shift availability. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of employment.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that do not lead to work are kept for two years. Records connected to a booked event are kept for seven years, which is the period we need them for tax, insurance, and permitting purposes.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, to request access to the personal information we hold about them, to request its deletion or correction, and to know what categories we have collected and disclosed. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by that law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and event organizers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
