Concessions
Multi-stand concession operations for festivals, air shows, tournaments and venues. We handle permitting and health department filings, purchase and manage inventory, staff every point of sale and run cashless through one reporting stack, then settle it as a single reconciled statement.
On the ground

Concessions are where Event Specialists started, and the discipline still sets the standard for everything else we do. Speed of service, transaction times, product movement, and the infrastructure to support thousands of transactions across a site that had nothing on it a week earlier.
We operate single specialty concepts or coordinate food and beverage across multiple locations on one footprint.
The Operation
Most food and beverage problems at an event are not cooking problems.
They are staffing ratios, holding temperature across a four-hour service window, a POS that goes down at peak, a permit that was never filed, a load-in slot that moved. We run all of it.

Where We Operate
Single-run events and recurring contracts, on the same operation.
Festivals & Large-Scale Events
Music festivals, tournaments, air shows, and public events.
Multi-location concession operations across a footprint, run as one system. We handle permitting and health department filings, build the stand mix against expected traffic patterns, purchase and manage inventory, staff every point of sale, and run cashless through a single reporting stack. Settlement arrives as one reconciled statement rather than a stack of vendor reports that have to be chased down and matched by hand.
Venue & Recurring Contracts
Stadiums, fairgrounds, theatres, and recurring seasonal programs.
Recurring contracts are a different problem from one-off events: the same footprint runs twenty or forty times a year and every inefficiency compounds. We build the operation to be repeatable: fixed stand assignments, standing par levels, a trained core crew that returns each date, and per-event reporting that shows what actually moved. Venues get a single operator accountable for the whole food and beverage line rather than a roster of vendors renegotiated each season.

Our work →Questions
Do you handle POS and settlement reporting?
Yes. Every transaction runs through our POS system. You can watch sales live or get a full sales report at the end of each day, with settlement breakdowns.
Do you handle permits and health department filings?
Yes, we handle the permitting. Depending on the event, the fees are paid either by us or by the client, and we agree that up front.
How many service points can you run on one site?
Our largest events have run more than 20 locations with roughly 80 to 100 points of sale, whether food and bars together or food on its own.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry a $5 million general liability policy and can add your venue, or anyone else you need, as additional insured on the certificate.
How far do you travel?
We work across the Western United States, and for the right event, anywhere in the country. A second warehouse in Ohio runs a smaller fleet of carts and booths covering the East Coast, from Washington, DC to Florida.
What is your minimum?
It depends on the services you book. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it.
