Activations

Custom-built food and beverage environments for brand activations, premieres, immersive runs and gaming events. Carts and bars fabricated and wrapped to the campaign, menus developed for the brand, staff dressed and briefed to match, and the full operation run on the day.

An activation has to look like the campaign and run like an operation. Most vendors can do one of those. The build gets made by a fabricator who has never staffed a service line, or the food gets handled by a caterer who arrives with folding tables and a house menu.

We do both halves. Custom carts and bars built and wrapped to the creative, menus developed for the brand, staff dressed and briefed to match, and the whole food and beverage operation run on the day: permitting, inventory, POS, staffing, and settlement.

On the day

Three from the archive. Shot on a phone, which is how most of this gets recorded.

Fenty Beauty drive-through. Milkshakes to the driver's window.
HBO Euphoria at Coachella. Popcorn carts after dark.
Nickelodeon. A tiki bar built for one night.
100 Thieves Backyard BBQ. Craft cocktails, poolside.
Gumball rally stop with 100 Thieves. Pizza and cocktails between legs.

Four formats, one production and service operation behind them.

Brand Builds

Custom-built food and beverage environments for brand activations.

A brand activation is a build, not a catering order. The food and beverage element has to look like it belongs to the campaign. Custom cart wraps, bespoke menus, uniform and signage that match the creative, and a service style built to the guest experience rather than to a standard package. We work from the agency's deck and produce against it: fabrication and wrap, menu development, staffing to the brand's tone, and full operation on the day.

Premieres & Press

Film and television premieres, launches, and press events.

Premieres run on a schedule set by someone else and change on the day. Talent arrives late, the carpet runs long, and the room turns from press to party in twenty minutes. We build service that can absorb that: passed and stationed formats that flex with the timeline, separate talent and VIP hospitality held apart from the general floor, and crew who have worked enough of these to move without being told.

Immersive & Experiential

Multi-week installations, pop-ups, and ticketed experiences.

A ticketed experience that runs for six weeks is a small venue with a fixed end date. Throughput has to hold on a Saturday and stay economical on a Tuesday. We build the menu for speed and margin at that mix, staff a core crew that returns across the run so quality does not drift, and run cashless POS with per-day reporting so the producer can see what moved before the next weekend rather than after the run closes.

Gaming & Esports

Tournaments, launches, and creator events.

Gaming events feed a crowd that arrives early and stays late, plus a production and talent layer running on its own clock behind the stage. We run both: front-of-house concessions sized to the door count, and green room, crew, and creator hospitality that holds through a broadcast day. Menus are built for people eating at a desk or standing at a stage, not seated at a table.

Questions

Can you build to our creative?

We execute to your agency's creative, including wraps, bar builds, menus and uniforms, within the limits of each request. We don't do creative or design ourselves.

How far ahead do you need the brief?

Two months before the event is ideal. We have put an event together in two weeks.

Do you work with agencies or direct with brands?

Mostly with marketing agencies, production companies and festival organizers. Brands usually come to us through the agency running their activation.

Can you run a multi-week installation?

Yes. We ran the Stranger Things drive-in for eight months and Holidays Made Here at Warner Bros. for about three weeks, staffed with locally hired teams.

Who handles permits for a pop-up?

It depends on the event. We can apply for all the permits, or the client can.

Most activations need the bar handled by the same operator that built it.
