Cart Operator
On-call, per event Running a cart end to end: product, service, and point of sale.
One cart, one operator. You take delivery of product, prepare and serve through the day, and handle the register. It suits people who would rather run their own station than work a line.
What you need
- Food handling
- Knowledge of food preparation and serving
- Point of sale experience, including cash handling
Lead Supervisor
On-call, per event Holding the standard across several carts at once.
You run inventory across the footprint and keep an eye on food production at each location through the day. Leads generally come off the floor, so cart experience is the usual route in.
What you need
- Inventory control
- Monitoring food production across locations
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Operations Manager
Full-time Labor, equipment, and inventory across the whole operation.
You allocate labor to get the most out of a crew, run set up and break down of carts and equipment, and own inventory. This one requires you to drive: trailers and bobtail trucks are part of the job, not an occasional favor.
What you need
- Managing allocated labor to maximize productivity
- Overseeing set up and break down of carts and equipment
- Inventory control
- Experience driving trailers and bobtail trucks
